When studios in Northeast Minneapolis open for the weekend of November 4-5-6, visitors can purchase cocktails at the basement Speakeasy at casketartsbuilding.
The Speakeasy is open 5-10 pm on Friday, Nov. 4, 2-8pm on Saturday, Nov. 5 and noon-4pm on Sunday, Nov. 6 with profits going to support Northeast Minneapolis Arts District.
The Arts District mission is “to catalyze the innovative spirit of artists through generative community development.” Dedicated to making the geography look more and more like an arts district, increasing the number of artists and arts organizations in the area, and offering artist opportunities such as airport exhibits and the Northeast Calendar. 45th Parallel Distillery is supplying the spirits and there will also be beer courtesy of Central Avenue Liquor.
