With Art-A-Whirl® on the horizon May 17-19, the Northeaster’s Karen R. Nelson spoke with three Latina multi-media visual artists who have ties to Northeast: Sandra Felemovicius, Carmen Gutiérrez-Bolger and Genessis Lopez.
