I have had an affinity for rabbits for many years, and the North Shore of Lake Superior is my favorite place on the planet. While hiking, I’m always on the lookout for vignettes that allow me to incorporate my love of both of these things in one painting.

Fall in Minnesota is a wondrous time to hike the forests! Some of the leaves have already fallen, and some are beginning to turn into vibrant shades- both of these things allow the eye to more readily see and appreciate the structures and details in the myriad of plants on the forest floor.
