Arts activity exploded last month. In this e-newsletter are the stories of the month; peruse our website and Facebook in the coming days for information we didn’t get to include, about the city of Minneapolis establishing a new arts office (the concept passed, but without a specific budget or implementation steps)…a mural quickly took shape on the back of the Solar Arts Building…and of course, the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District is calling for art for the Northeast Calendar (due September 12). First Thursday (Aug. 5, 5-9 pm) or the Summer Sizzle at Northrup King Building Saturday, Aug. 7, 10 am-8 pm!
