The Arts District has been teeming with energy, success and shared experiences this past month. Reportedly Art-A-Whirl® reached record turnout in attendance. Most artists reported to be very content with the success of NEMAA's signature event.
|
|
The nomination for the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District as the Best Arts District in the country competing with 19 other arts districts has more resonance with Art-A-Whirl being so successful. But it is not a given we will win as we seesaw back and forth with other arts districts for 1st place. We have to be diligent and persistent in voting daily till the morning of June 12th to be able to win back-to-back titles. If we win, it will give this city a little more good news and something to be proud of. Awards help build credence, which opens many more doors to build relationships and opportunities for the entire arts community. Help us vote daily.
