What is PechaKucha?

PechaKucha is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown 20 seconds each. The images advance automatically and you talk along to the images. Each presentation is 6.66 minutes long. The format keeps presentations concise and fast paced.

PechaKucha means chitchat in Japanese.

How to Get Involved

Volunteer
PechaKucha Nights are organized by NE-AD’s PechaKucha Task Force. If you are interested in helping become a volunteer. Send an email to volunteer@northeastminneapolisartsdistrict.org, stating your interests and expertise.

Be a PechaKucha Participant
If you would like to be considered for an upcoming PechaKucha event, please send an email to pechakucha@northeastminneapolisartsdistrict.org stating your interest, with links to examples of your work. Links can be to a website, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook page. Do not attach images.

Suggest a Topic
If you would like to suggest a topic, please send it to pechakucha@northeastminneapolisartsdistrict.org with a brief description and a few suggestions of possible participants.
