Individual artists whose images were chosen for the 2023 Northeast Calendar will be contacted soon.
The calendars will be available at sponsors in early December, in time for holiday giving. Ninety-nine images were submitted by a record number of 32 artists, and of the chosen, 9 are photographs and 5 are paintings or other artistic mediums, a similar percentage to the last few years. The Arts District thanks everyone for their creative entries, and thanks jurors Louise Harty, Ben Harris, Mohamed Barre and Ingrid Restemayer for their thoughtful consideration. Northeast Bank helped underwrite the prize money, and Bolger Vision Beyond Print is doing the printing. A few ad spots recently opened up on a new page.
