The artist and arts-building population of Northeast Minneapolis is growing. We like to meet and introduce new neighbors. Holland Arts East building at 22nd and Washington was hopping with visitors during Art-A-Whirl®. Here’s a link to Margo Ashmore’s article about some of the tenants.

Holland Arts Northeast’s website, with leasing form and sign-up for event email notifications, is here.

Unrelated to the Holland Arts East and West Buildings, the former Flaire Print and Spark Electric building across the street also has many new art-related business tenants. Soon we hope to write about Outta Wax Record Pressing which may be ready to go in September.

Welcome all of these new creatives to the Arts District scene.
