About the Image:
In real life we really don’t have beginnings and ends but our mind wants to make them in order to comprehend our lives. I wanted the objects to provoke memories and at the same time wonderment about how they could connect I’m the future.
About the Artist:
Layl McDill grew up in Gillette, Wyoming where she began creating at a very young age. Layl received her BFA in Illustration from the Columbus College of Art Design but she found it more exciting to make sculptural work and sell it through galleries and art fairs. She has exhibited her work around the country since 1994.
