The Central Avenue Discovery Art Walk is uniting artists, neighbors, and planners to reimagine Central Avenue as a vibrant corridor where public art defines the spirit of Northeast Minneapolis.

Aribert “Ari” Munzner’s life spanned continents and generations of artists. Even in his 90s, he remained a force of insight, opening his studio for Friday gatherings that became legendary for their laughter, philosophy, and art.

More than 30 Northeast Minneapolis Artists were a part of the popular Fine Arts Exhibit at the MN State Fair this year. of the 2,834 total entries received, only 337 works were accepted into the show.
