On the 29th of October, 185 people turned out at the Hollywood Theater to honor the recipients of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District Vision Award.

Casket Arts Building Artist Dyani White Hawk's exhibition at the Walker Art Center gathers past and recent work while building pathways to different futures.

Celebrating the enduring power of art and education, the 2025 Vision Award goes to Peyton Scott Russell, whose four-decade commitment to graffiti as fine art and youth empowerment has redefined creative opportunity in our community.

Honoring a visionary whose work bridges ancestral knowledge and contemporary art, the 2025 Vision Award is presented to Dyani White Hawk for elevating Indigenous value systems and community in our Arts District.
